Yoga Nidra: A Journey to Deep Relaxation
In 2022, I created a podcast offering yoga nidra sessions, a practice I regularly incorporate into my classes and workshops. Yoga nidra, often described as “yogic sleep,” is a form of deep relaxation that allows for the release of physical and mental tension. It provides a unique opportunity to reconnect with oneself while remaining aware.
This method is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or yoga experience. I particularly appreciate yoga nidra for its ability to calm the mind and reduce stress, all while requiring minimal time. Each session leads to a state of relaxation where the body rests while remaining alert.

In 2023, at the request of a friend’s children, I recorded a shorter session specifically designed for younger audiences. I also had the opportunity to lead a few live sessions with children, and each experience has been truly magical. Kids respond particularly well to this practice, often finding great joy and peace of mind through the guided exercises.
