Weekly Yoga Class Schedule

Since May 15, 2024, I offer yoga classes in Bons-en-Chablais in small groups. Each session is designed to help you fully engage in each pose, adjust your position according to your physical abilities, and seek relaxation to fully enjoy the benefits of yoga.

*Classes in Bons-en-Chablais are limited to a maximum of 4 participants and are by reservation only (via email or phone).

Rates:

★ €15/class (Hatha or Restorative)

★ Equipment provided

Dates and Times

Classes begin on September 9, 2024, and continue until June 13, 2025, excluding school holidays and public holidays (with the exception of May 30, 2025).
