Welcome to Lab’olistic

Lab’olistic is a space dedicated to well-being, vitality and creativity, where I offer yoga classes, wellness massages and creative workshops — from aromatherapy to cyanotype — each one crafted with heart.

Based in the south of the Indre, in the Creuse valley — a region that truly inspires me — I’m single-handedly transforming a former hotel-bar-restaurant into a wellness retreat: an ambitious project taking shape step by step. Today, I’m delighted to welcome you into my brand-new yoga studio, for classes, workshops and gentle moments of togetherness.

Too far away to visit in person? I’m also developing remote support: online yoga classes and content on Instagram, with more options coming in the months ahead so you can follow along wherever you are.
