Marma Therapy (Ayurveda)
In Ayurveda, we consider not only our physical body but also our subtle bodies and prakriti, our natural constitution, which is based on the three doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha. The goal is to restore harmonious balance.
Marma therapy is an essential practice of Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicine. This massage involves a network of 107 points located throughout the body, from head to toe, which we work on through pressure and stimulation. These points are interconnected with our organs, similar to reflexology, and are also linked to the nadis, or energy channels, as well as to emotions.
The idea behind Marma Points Massage is to stimulate these energy points — sometimes gently, due to their proximity to certain arteries, and often with more firmness to release blockages.

Trained in India in 2020, I was fortunate to complete my training before being repatriated to France during the pandemic. Since 2022, I have been practicing in my studio in Bons-en-Chablais and also conduct self-massage workshops at various companies in the Ville-la-Grand and Thonon areas.
I also integrate marma points into the workshops I host in my studio during the self-massage segment.
