Weekly Yoga Class Schedule

Since September 15, 2026, I offer yoga classes in Lourdoueix Saint Michel in small groups. Each session is designed to help you fully engage in each pose, adjust your position according to your physical abilities, and seek relaxation to fully enjoy the benefits of yoga.

Classe schédule is still flexible, I will be testing different times and days to accommodate the students interested. Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 participants and are by reservation only (via email or phone).

Rates:

★ €10/class (Hatha or Restorative) or 10-class pass — €80 (to share with family or friends)

★ Equipment provided
